Darren Oliver

- CEO

With thirty-four years of multi-industry executive HR and operations experience, Darren brings a unique and insightful perspective to his clients.

Darren’s longevity and success in world class organizations: Four Seasons Hotels (12 years) and Kaiser Permanente (9 years), Comcast (7 years), has positioned him as a highly skilled “hands-on” resource for organizations seeking a catalyst and architect for inspiration and improvement. Darren began his career as the “Go-To” culture builder for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts where he opened hotels in Dallas, Austin, and New York City.

In 1998 he stepped onto a bigger stage and planned and executed the opening of Paris Las Vegas as Vice President of Human Resources.

In 2000, as SVP, People, Darren lead a cultural turnaround that enabled Kaiser Permanente to achieve market leading quality metrics, and “Employer of Choice” status.

At Comcast, Darren received the company's coveted "Circle of Success Award" for designing and executing "Coaches Camp", a John Wooden inspired leadership development movement that spread beyond his region.

Throughout these experiences, he has learned that great results only come through teams and individuals that are informed, engaged, recognized and inspired. Darren is highly effective at continuously driving and leveraging these four foundational elements.

Darren brings energy, optimism, and leadership skills that have been developed and tested through critical challenges involving cultural turnarounds, facility openings, a labor management partnership, and improved operational metrics.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Darren is married and has three sons.

“It isn’t what you do, but how you do it.” - John Wooden
